To deposit, log into your dinar account, navigate to the Deposit section, select your payment method, and enter your amount. Follow the payment gateway instructions (you'll be redirected to your bank or e-wallet app to confirm). Once confirmed, your balance updates in your dinar account.

Withdrawals and payout procedures
Withdrawals on dinar follow the same payment methods as deposits. If you deposited via e-wallet, you can withdraw to mobile banking. If you used local payment, your withdrawal goes back to online payment. You cannot withdraw to a different payment method than the one you deposited with.
To withdraw, log into your account, navigate to the Withdrawal section, select your payment method, and enter your amount. Your account balance must be at least equal to your withdrawal amount. Once you confirm, our system verifies your account status and processes the request.

Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method:
- E-wallets (e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet): Typically settle within 1-2 hours during business hours. Outside business hours, they may settle the next morning.
- mobile banking: Typically settles within 1-2 hours during business hours.
- Bank transfer: Typically settles within one business day. Some banks process faster; check with your bank directly.
We do not charge withdrawal fees on dinar. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own fees. Check with them directly if you're unsure.
Account security and password management
Your dinar account security is your responsibility and ours. We encrypt your password and store it securely so we cannot see it. If you forget your password, you can reset it via email — we send you a link, you click it, and you set a new password.
