dinarPrivacy Policy
This page describes what we collect when you use dinar and how we keep that data protected. We at dinar collect personal information only to verify your identity, process deposits and withdrawals, settle markets fairly, and provide customer support. We do not sell your data to advertisers, and we encrypt all sensitive information stored on our servers.
Our commitment to your privacy centres on transparency and control. You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data at any time. We comply with standard data-protection practices across all jurisdictions where we operate. If you have questions about our privacy practices, contact our support team and we respond within one business day.
Our services are available only where local law permits. Your use of dinar confirms that you accept this privacy policy and consent to the data practices described below.
What data we collect on dinar
When you create a dinar account, we collect your full name, date of birth, email address, and phone number. We also collect your residential address and government-issued ID number for identity verification. This information is required before your first deposit and helps us comply with anti-money-laundering regulations.
Once your account is active, we record every transaction — your deposit method (DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, or bank transfer via mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet), deposit and withdrawal amounts, and settlement dates. We also log your market activity — which sports you engage with (Liga 1, Piala Indonesia, Piala AFF, Champions League, MotoGP, badminton), which games you play (Aviator, Sweet Bonanza, live blackjack, roulette), and the outcomes. We retain this data for seven years for regulatory compliance.
We collect device and browser data for security
Our servers log your IP address, device type, operating system, and browser version each time you log into dinar. We use this information to detect unauthorized access and prevent fraud. If we notice login attempts from a new device or location, we send you a verification email.
How we use your data on dinar
We use your personal information for five purposes: identity verification, payment processing, market settlement, customer support, and fraud prevention. We verify your identity once before your first deposit, then periodically update verification if you request large withdrawals or if regulatory rules change. We process your deposits and withdrawals through our payment processors — these third parties handle the actual fund transfer but do not retain your data after the transaction settles.
We use your market-activity data only to settle markets fairly and transparently. When you engage with Liga 1 or Champions League markets, we record the outcome so we can credit or debit your account correctly. We do not use your data to profile you, recommend bets, or target you with marketing. We do not share your data with external advertisers or data brokers.
Third parties and data processors for dinar
Our dinar platform uses third-party processors for specific functions. Payment processors (for mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, and bank transfers) have access to your name, account number, and transaction amounts — but only for processing. We do not authorize them to store or use this data for any other purpose. Identity-verification services have access to your ID number and address — they verify your data against government databases and then delete their copy.
- Server location
- Our dinar servers may sit outside your jurisdiction. Data transfers comply with applicable law, and we encrypt data in transit and at rest.
- Data retention
- We retain account data for seven years after account closure to comply with financial regulations. After seven years, we delete your personal information unless law requires retention.
- Data breach
- If we discover unauthorized access to dinar user data, we notify all affected account holders within 30 days and describe the breach and remediation steps.
Cookies and tracking on dinar
We use cookies to keep you logged into dinar and to remember your preferences (e.g., your preferred currency display or language). These cookies are essential for the platform to function. We do not use cookies to track your activity across other websites, and we do not serve targeted advertisements.
You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but doing so will log you out of dinar and require you to enter your credentials each time you visit. Our platform does not function without essential cookies.
Your rights on dinar
You have the right to access, correct, and delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, log into your dinar account and navigate to your account settings, or contact our support team. We provide a copy of all your data within seven business days of request.
- You may request correction of inaccurate information (e.g., address changes).
- You may request deletion of your account and associated data after a 30-day waiting period, unless law requires us to retain the data.
- You may withdraw consent to marketing emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email from dinar.
- You may lodge a complaint with your jurisdiction's data-protection authority if you believe we have violated your rights.
International data transfers and dinar
Our dinar servers and backup systems operate in multiple jurisdictions, which means your data may be transferred outside Indonesia or your home country. We ensure that all transfers comply with standard data-protection practices — all data in transit is encrypted using TLS 1.2 or higher. We do not transfer data to jurisdictions with inadequate data-protection laws.
Changes to our dinar privacy policy
We may update this privacy policy at any time. We notify all dinar account holders of material changes via email at least 14 days before the change takes effect. If you do not agree with the updated policy, you may delete your account before the change date. Continued use of dinar after the change date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
