You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity on your dinar account. If you suspect unauthorized access, change your password immediately and contact our support team. We recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for additional security.

We do not permit duplicate accounts

Under our policy, each person may hold only one dinar account. If we detect multiple accounts linked to the same identity, we close all but one and may forfeit any balance. This protects account security and prevents fraud.

Deposits, withdrawals, and payment methods on dinar

Withdrawals must use the same payment method as your deposit for security verification. We do not charge withdrawal fees, though your bank or e-wallet may apply their own. Withdrawal requests are subject to verification review — we check your account status and transaction history before processing. This typically adds no delay, but may take up to one business day in rare cases.

Market settlement and dispute resolution on dinar

We settle all markets based on official results from the relevant authority — Liga 1 standings from the Indonesian Football Association, Champions League results from UEFA, MotoGP outcomes from the FIM, and badminton results from the Badminton World Federation. Markets settle within minutes of the official result being published.

If you dispute a market settlement, contact our support team within seven days of settlement with your account email and transaction ID. Our team reviews the official result and your market details, then responds with an explanation. If we made an error, we correct your account balance immediately. If the settlement was correct, we explain why and close the dispute.

Bonus terms and conditions

We may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, or promotional credits to new and existing dinar account holders. Each bonus carries specific terms — a wagering requirement (the amount you must engage with before withdrawing bonus funds), a time limit (how long you have to meet the requirement), and eligible markets (which sports or games count toward the requirement).

Bonus terms are displayed in your account before you claim. We do not apply bonuses automatically — you must opt in. Once claimed, bonus funds are separate from your cash balance and subject to the stated terms. If you do not meet the wagering requirement within the time limit, the bonus expires and is forfeited.

Prohibited conduct on dinar

If we detect prohibited conduct, we close your account, forfeit any balance, and may report the activity to relevant authorities. We do not refund forfeited balances under any circumstances.

If you do not agree with the updated terms, you may close your account before the change date. Continued use of dinar after the change date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
